If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

✹ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please be respectful of other guests, who may be staying downstairs, and ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb the day you arrive, or you can select the pet fee when booking the home.

✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking.

✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-story Victorian house. This is a historic home, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests downstairs at some point during your stay.

✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is just a short 2 block walk from the home, on Drayton Street.

✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.

✹ LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees.

✹ ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out, please check the home thoroughly for your personal belongings. A $50 shipping fee will be charged to ship items back to you.

✹ PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.

Such a charming place! The home is beautiful, all of the old character has been preserved and is balanced nicely with the modern updates. It was peaceful and a great location. Everyone slept amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable! We will definitely be back and recommend Gabe as a host.
