We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking. ✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the ground floor of a three-story Victorian house. This is a historic home, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests upstairs at some point during your stay. ✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place. ✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars. ✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is just a short 2 block walk from the home, on Drayton Street. ✹ LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees. ✹ ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out, please check the home thoroughly for your personal belongings. Great base camp for us to explore Savannah!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. There was lots to do within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, including lots of coffee for the Keurig. Everything was very clean.
