✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking.

✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-story duplex on Henry St which is a main downtown street. This is a 123-year-old house, built in 1900, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests staying in the unit below at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.

✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is just a short 5-minute walk from the home, on Drayton Street.

✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.

✔ PARKING - If you prefer to see the sites in the comfort of your own car there are 10 public parking garages throughout the Historic District, and of course, this neighborhood offers convenient and free on street parking should you rather explore the city on foot.

✹ DIVERSITY - This home is in a diverse, residential neighborhood and is ideal for guests seeking to enjoy an authentic Savannah experience.

✹ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please be respectful of other guests, who may be staying upstairs, and ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through Airbnb before check in, or you can select the pet when booking the home.

✹ QUIET HOURS - This is a residential neighborhood. We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking.

✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-story duplex on Henry St which is a main downtown street. This is a 123-year-old house, built in 1900, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests staying in the unit below at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.

✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place.

✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is just a short 5-minute walk from the home, on Drayton Street.

✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars.

✹ LATE CHECK-OUT - Please get in contact with us should you require a late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to notify us in advance of a late check-out may result in additional fees.

✹ ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT - Upon check-out, please check the home thoroughly for your personal belongings. A $50 shipping fee will be charged to ship items back to you.

✹ PEST CONTROL - The home benefits from regular pest control, but due to our beautiful southern weather and lush, leafy-green surroundings, you may occasionally encounter an outdoor bug.

We had an absolute wonderful stay with Tanya and her crew. The place was perfect for our little getaway. Everything was walking distance, even though we drove a few times to River street, since the heat was unbearable. We and our pups would definitely stay again.

This was a spacious and convenient Airbnb. The backyard was great for our dog. We enjoyed having a large dining room and the Airbnb was well stocked and decorated. A few things that were unexpected were: 1. The door to the bedroom has a full glass window, so there is no privacy. 2. The bathroom was not very clean (moldy shower curtain, very dirty baseboards). 3. This is an old building so there is a musty smell. 4. The mattress is on a metal bed frame that rises in the middle causing a slope - was not the most comfortable. Overall this is a good value option, especially if you are traveling with a dog, but not as nice or clean as I was expecting.

Tanya's apartment is in the perfect location if you are looking for something authentically Savannah and in a quieter neighborhood not far from Forsyth Park. It's an older space but has all the amenities you could ask for, is incredibly clean, and Tanya is extremely accessible if you need anything. Definitely would stay again.
