We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking. ✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2-story duplex on Henry St which is a main downtown street. This is a 123-year-old house, built in 1900, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests staying in the unit below at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app. ✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place. ✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. The nearest stop is just a short 5-minute walk from the home, on Drayton Street. ✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink (only) in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park.
