This home has 2 ground level units. Outside of the porch steps, there’s one flight of stairs for the 2nd floor apartment and the upper carriage house. You must be able to climb stairs to access parts of the home. ✔ LUGGAGE - We’re happy to coordinate luggage drop-offs for guests with early arrivals. ✔ PARKING - There is free on-street parking available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. There is usually ample parking available. This is my fifth time staying at Gabe‘s place but this time was extra special because we rented the entire home so we could have the courtyard all to ourselves for a small celebration. It was absolutely amazing all of my friends and family who stayed loved their private apartments and raved about the courtyard and the amazing decor and coolness of each and every apartment.!!! Thanks Gabe!!
Couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend the weekend! We had a large family staying here and we had more than enough space. The separate units and carriage house gives enough privacy when needed, not to mention the kitchen, shower, laundry machines and personal porches. The location is prime. Felt very safe, beautiful surroundings, and walkable to downtown. It’s also right next to Forsyth Park which is a must visit. But the best part of this place is the host. Incredibly responsive, helpful, accommodating. I can only hope my future hosts are this great. Also not a fault of the property but a heads up for anyone planning a trip is there are a lot of gnats around (i think it’s just a general savannah thing). Bring bug spray if you don’t want to get bitten. Overall this was an amazing stay and I’d recommend to anyone looking for the perfect base for a large group to explore all savannah has to offer
